In short
What is accredited AI courseware development?
Accredited AI courseware development is the design of a complete GenAI training programme, built to clear a national accreditation standard so it qualifies for government funding. GrowthPro Asia builds the curriculum, the materials, and the assessments to WSQ, SkillsFuture Singapore, and HRDC standards, then trains your trainers to deliver it under your own brand.
What we can build
Function-specific GenAI curricula, built to clear a standard
Generic AI courses teach tools. They do not survive contact with a real job. We design curricula around the work a function actually does, then build each one to documented learning outcomes and real assessment, so it clears accreditation and the learner leaves able to do the task. We have built across the functions where AI moves the most work.

-
Finance AI
Reporting automation, anomaly and fraud detection, compliance support, and responsible-use controls for finance teams.
-

-
Leadership and executive AI
Where AI moves the P&L, governance and risk, and board-ready literacy for decision-makers.
-
Workplace productivity AI
A practical GenAI toolkit for any role: drafting, summarising, analysis, and the admin that eats the week.
Each curriculum is built tool-agnostic, across ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and the wider GenAI stack, so the programme is not stranded when a tool changes. We design for non-technical professionals: no coding background needed. Formats run from one-day intensives to structured multi-day function deep-dives, each with documented outcomes and assessment.
The build-vs-buy problem
Building a credible AI curriculum from scratch is slow, and it might not clear the standard
The demand is real and the content is not the bottleneck. 82% of enterprise leaders now run AI training, yet 59% still report a persistent skills gap (DataCamp, 2026 State of AI Literacy Report). The shortage is not slide decks. It is structured courseware that clears a standard, connects to the job, and produces a result you can assess. Custom content is now the fastest-growing slice of outsourced training: 36% of training providers reported rising demand for it in 2025 (Training Magazine, 2025 Training Industry Report).
Two things make this hard to build in-house. First, accreditation is unforgiving: WSQ and SkillsFuture ask for documented learning outcomes, real assessment, and proven trainer competency, and courses that miss the scope do not get funded. Second, the tools move faster than a curriculum can be written. Materials built the traditional way can be out of date before they reach a learner. We solve both: we build to clear the standard, and we keep the content current as the tools change.
AI and digital skills shortages are now the single biggest workforce challenge for 45% of large organisations (SHRM Skill Intelligence Report, 2026). The institutions with a funded, ready-to-deliver AI catalogue are the ones capturing that demand.
The standard we build to
Courseware that clears the region’s highest accreditation bars
Our courseware is built to clear the region’s toughest bars. We design and maintain GenAI curricula to WSQ and SkillsFuture Singapore standards, and to HRDC standards in Malaysia, and we train the trainers who deliver them. It is the same rigour we bring to every HRDC-claimable programme we run.
Accreditation is not a badge. It is market access. In Singapore, only courseware that clears the standard is eligible for SkillsFuture funding, and funded courses are the ones learners and employers choose. SME employers can claim up to 90% of course fees, on top of SkillsFuture Credit and Absentee Payroll support (SkillsFuture Singapore). The bar is also rising: under WSQ 2.0, in force from 1 May 2026, new courses must map to current Skills Framework competencies, and courseware outside that scope loses funding eligibility (SkillsFuture Singapore). Building to clear that standard is exactly what we do, so your programme qualifies and stays qualified.
In Malaysia the same logic holds with the HRD Corp levy. Claimable courses are the ones HR teams will buy, and we build to that bar too.
Who it is for
Built for institutes, academies, and L&D teams
-
Training institutes and academies
You want a credible AI programme to deliver under your own brand, without spending months authoring it and hoping it clears accreditation. We hand you a built, assessment-ready curriculum and train your trainers, so you launch a funded, market-ready catalogue that stands apart from the flood of generic AI courses.
-
Corporate L&D building a private AI academy
You need an internal AI academy, not a one-off workshop that fades by Friday. We design the full curriculum, the assessments, and the trainer enablement, mapped to your real workflows, and we keep it current as the tools move. The capability stays inside your team. Where strategy and governance need to come first, pair it with our AI consulting.
-
Channel and delivery partners across MY, SG, and the region
You sell into more than one market and need a catalogue that travels. We build to both WSQ and SkillsFuture standards in Singapore and HRDC standards in Malaysia, so one programme clears the bar in multiple markets and qualifies for funding in each.
Who builds it
Built by practitioners who have cleared these standards
This courseware is built by GrowthPro Asia’s practitioners, not slide-readers. Our co-founder Peter Kua is a core contributor to Malaysia’s National Big Data Analytics Framework under MDEC and a co-author of Malaysia’s AI Adoption Blueprints (2019 and 2020). The team behind these curricula has trained 60+ enterprises across banking, government, and manufacturing. We build courses to a standard because we have had to clear those standards ourselves.

How it works
From scope to a programme you can deliver
-
Scope
We map the programme to your audience, your market, and the accreditation you need, then agree the competencies it must cover.
-
Build
We design the full curriculum, the materials, and the assessments, built to clear the standard and assessable from day one.
-
Certify and train
We take it through the accreditation standard and train your trainers to deliver it with confidence.
-
Maintain
We keep the content current as the tools and best practice move, so the programme does not age out of funding eligibility.
What it costs
How a courseware engagement is priced
Every engagement is scoped, so there is no shelf price. What moves the number is straightforward: how many programmes you need, which accreditation standards they must clear, whether you license an existing framework or commission a new one from scratch, the depth of customisation to your brand and sector, and whether you want ongoing maintenance as the tools change. Licensing a built framework is faster and lighter than commissioning new. Tell us the market and the standard, and we will scope it.

Who develops accredited GenAI courseware in the region?
GrowthPro Asia designs and builds GenAI courseware to accreditation standard for training institutes, academies, and corporate learning teams. We build the full curriculum, the materials, and the assessments, to WSQ, SkillsFuture Singapore, and HRDC standards, then train the trainers who deliver them.
Can you build AI courses we deliver under our own brand?
Yes. We design and build the programme, then license or white-label it under your brand. You deliver a complete, accreditation-ready AI curriculum without authoring the content yourself, and your trainers are prepared to run it.
What does it take for AI courseware to clear WSQ or SkillsFuture?
WSQ and SkillsFuture Singapore require documented learning outcomes, real assessment, proven trainer competency, and a mapping to current Skills Framework competencies. Under WSQ 2.0, in force from 1 May 2026, courses outside that scope lose funding eligibility. We build to clear that bar and keep it current.
Why does accreditation matter commercially?
Because accreditation qualifies a course for funding, and funded courses fill seats. In Singapore, SME employers can claim up to 90% of course fees on accredited courses (SkillsFuture Singapore). In Malaysia, claimable status under HRD Corp is what HR teams look for. Built-to-standard courseware is built to sell.
Can you build for both Singapore and Malaysia?
Yes. We build to WSQ and SkillsFuture Singapore standards and to HRDC standards in Malaysia, so one programme can clear the bar and qualify for funding in more than one market. This matters for channel partners and academies selling across the region.
How do you keep the courseware current?
Maintenance is part of the service. GenAI tools change faster than a curriculum can be written once and left. We refresh content, examples, and assessments as the tools and best practice move, so the programme stays relevant and stays inside funding scope.
Do you train our trainers to deliver it?
Yes. Train-the-trainer is built in. We prepare your trainers to deliver the programme with confidence and to handle assessment correctly, so the delivery capability stays in your team rather than depending on us.
Can you build a private AI academy for our company?
Yes. We design a complete internal AI academy: the curriculum, the assessments, and the trainer enablement, mapped to your real workflows, and kept current as the tools change. You get an academy that holds after we leave, not a one-off workshop.
What is the difference between licensing your courseware and building from scratch?
Licensing gives you a built framework to brand and deliver now, which is faster and lighter. Building from scratch is a custom programme designed to a brief and a standard you set. Most partners start by licensing and commission custom work where they need a differentiated programme.
