This notice explains how Growth Pro AI Sdn Bhd (GrowthPro Asia) handles the information you give us through this website. We follow Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

When you submit the contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, company, role, work email, team size, HRD Corp status and the outcome you describe. We do not collect more than you choose to send.

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss training or consulting that fits your needs. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with the separate sister agency or any third party for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then remove it. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
