Vibe Coding with Claude Code: Build Business Tools Without Developers

In short
What is the Vibe Coding with Claude Code: Build Business Tools Without Developers program?
You need an internal tool. IT quoted six months and the vendor quoted five figures. In two days you build it yourself with Claude Code, in plain language: scope it, generate it, debug it, deploy it. You leave with a working internal tool on a real URL, built around a problem you brought from work.
Malaysia has roughly 3,000 AI professionals against about 30,000 needed by 2030. You can wait for that gap to close, or you can build the small tools yourself and save the engineers for the hard problems. Source: World Bank, via Chambers and Partners
We have replaced manual screening and review processes with built workflows for enterprise teams, including HR screening pipelines. Anonymised by sector under NDA, and results vary by use case.
What your team will be able to do
- One live, deployed internal web application, built around the problem you registered with.
- A local Claude Code setup guide with your configuration files.
- A CLAUDE.md prompt library that holds your business and data rules.
- A handoff brief a professional engineer can use to extend your codebase later.
30 minutes with a practitioner. We map your team’s use case and tell you straight if this course fits.
No obligation. We reply within one working day, and your details stay confidential. Privacy
GrowthPro Asia is an HRDC-registered training provider. Every program is run by practitioners who build these systems for clients, not career trainers reading slides.
Who runs it
This program is run by industry practitioners who have shipped AI inside regulated enterprises across banking, government, manufacturing, and telco. It is led by Peter Kua, our AI and data science lead, a core contributor to Malaysia’s National Big Data Analytics Framework under MDEC and co-author of Malaysia’s AI Adoption Blueprints in 2019 and 2020. You are learning from people who have built this in production, not read about it.
Who this is for
Founders, product managers, operations leads and business analysts sitting on a backlog of small tools nobody will ever build for them: dashboards, calculators, intake forms. No coding background. If you can describe the process, you can direct the build.
“How do I get AI to build software the right way?”
You set up Claude Code locally and write a CLAUDE.md file that grounds it in your exact scope, so it builds what you asked for instead of drifting. This one file is the difference between a tool and a mess.
“Can I build a dashboard without knowing HTML?”
You generate a data dashboard that ingests raw CSV or JSON exports and turns them into charts and metrics, refined by plain-language prompts. The weekly report your team assembles by hand becomes a page that updates itself.
“How do I turn a messy pricing or commission rule into a tool?”
You build a dynamic calculator that handles tiers, contract lengths and exceptions, and outputs a clean PDF. The manual math errors, and the arguments they cause, stop.
“How do I collect clean data from my team?”
You build an intake form that rejects bad input, cleans text, and aggregates submissions into one downloadable file.
“What do I do when the app breaks?”
You read console errors, feed the logs back to Claude Code, and fix without breaking other features. This is the core skill that separates a builder from a prompter, and you drill it deliberately.
“How do I connect my tool to other services?”
You pull live data from a web API and push alerts, while keeping your keys out of public view.
“How do I keep the tool secure and compliant?”
You run a security and privacy review, mask sensitive data, and add a compliance notice, so internal tools do not leak PII or trade secrets.
“How do I put it live for my team on Monday?”
You deploy to a zero-config host, set password protection, and run an end-to-end test. You also learn where the honest line is: which tools you can ship yourself, and which genuinely need a professional engineer.
What you leave with
One live, deployed internal application on a real URL, built during the workshop around your own team’s problem. When the team is ready to build a full pilot with a measured business outcome, the AI Capstone Project is the build follow-on.
Prerequisites
No coding, HTML or programming experience. Bring a laptop with terminal access and rights to install Node.js and Git, plus a mapped outline of one internal process you want to turn into a tool.
Common questions
Is this HRDC-claimable?
Yes. GrowthPro Asia is HRDC-registered and this program is claimable under SBL-Khas. For levy-paying employers the real cost is usually zero, and we help with the claim paperwork.
Do I really not need to know how to code?
Correct. You build in plain language and Claude Code writes the code. You do learn to read error logs and guide fixes, which is a skill, but you are not writing syntax from scratch. The course is built for business operators, not engineers.
What is “vibe coding” and Claude Code?
Vibe coding means building software by describing what you want in plain language and iterating with an AI. Claude Code is the tool that runs in your terminal and writes, tests and fixes the code. You direct it. It builds.
What will I have at the end?
One live internal tool deployed on a real URL, built around a problem you bring. You also take your setup guide, a CLAUDE.md prompt library holding your rules, and a handoff brief so a real engineer can extend it later.
Is anything I build production-safe?
You learn to run a security and privacy review, mask sensitive data, and add compliance notices, and you learn where the line is. Part of the course is knowing which tools you can ship yourself and which genuinely need a professional engineer.
What do I need installed before the course?
A laptop with terminal access and permission to install Node.js and Git. Bring a clear outline of one internal process you want to turn into a tool. We set up the environment together on day one.
Can you run this in-house for my team?
Yes. We run it privately around your team’s real tooling needs. Book the Free AI Strategic Briefing to scope it.
How long is it and how is it run?
Two days, 9am to 5pm, spent almost entirely in a terminal and live sandboxes. By the end of day two your tool is deployed and running, not sitting half-built.
What it costs
From RM4,200 per participant.
100% HRDC-claimable under SBL-Khas. For levy-paying employers the real cost is usually zero: the levy you already pay covers it, and we handle the claim paperwork with your L&D team.
