No coding or prompt-engineering background. Bring a laptop with access to Claude (Pro or Team recommended) and sample non-sensitive documents, SOPs or reports.

Do I need a paid Claude account?
A Pro or Team account is recommended so you can use Projects, Skills and Cowork fully during the day. Bring a laptop with access set up. If your team is deciding on a plan, we can advise on what fits your use.
What are Claude Projects, Skills and Cowork?
Projects are shared workspaces that hold your company context. Skills are reusable instructions that return a standard output every time. Cowork reads across multiple files at once. Together they turn Claude from a chat tool into a team workspace.

How is this different from just using the Claude chat?
