ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot are not interchangeable. You learn where each one earns its place, build a structured prompt that returns a usable business output instead of a generic paragraph, and stress-test it across all four.
“How do I clear my inbox and admin backlog with AI?”
You build a reusable prompt that reads a raw backlog of emails and queries, sorts it by urgency, and drafts polished replies in your company’s tone. The pile that takes you an afternoon starts taking minutes.
“Can AI read a long report or contract for me?”
You feed a dense report, vendor proposal or policy update to an assistant and pull out the risks, the numbers and a board-ready summary. You run it on a real document and walk out with a clean executive brief you produced in the room.

Is this AI training HRDC-claimable?
Yes. GrowthPro Asia is an HRDC-registered provider and this program is claimable under the SBL-Khas scheme. For levy-paying employers the real cost is usually zero. We help with the claim paperwork so your finance and L&D teams are not left working it out alone.
Do I need any technical or coding background?
None. This is built for business users across HR, sales, finance, admin and operations. If you can use email and a web browser, you can do this course. The day is spent building practical workflows, not studying how models work under the hood.
What do I actually leave with?
One working AI workflow, built and tested during the day on a real task you choose, plus a prompt template vault and a PDPA safety checklist. You run your workflow live before you leave, so you know it works on your own kind of work.
How is this different from watching AI tutorials online?
Tutorials show you features. This starts from your actual weekly work and ends with something running. You practise on live examples, get your prompts corrected in the room, and leave with a tool mapped to a task that currently eats your time.
Is my company data safe if we use AI?
That is a core part of the day. You learn the line between public and enterprise AI, how to anonymise sensitive data, and how to stay inside PDPA. You leave with a data-safety checklist so the team knows what is safe to paste and what is not.
Which AI tools does the course cover?
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot. You learn the practical strengths of each and when to reach for which, so your team stops defaulting to one tool for every job and starts matching the tool to the task.

How long is it and what is the format?
One day, 9am to 5pm. It is a hands-on lab, not a lecture. You spend the day building, testing and fixing your own workflow, with live guidance, rather than sitting through slides.
